Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we will be happy to help.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Delivery is made by Correos.
Standard delivery to mainland Spain normally takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International Delivery

We deliver to selected countries across Europe. International delivery normally takes 3-6 business days after dispatch.

International shipping is €10.99, with free delivery on orders over €70.
